Note: Chef's salary was 4 thousand plus 20% of net profits.

Six months after the opening of the restaurant Etani offered a sale price of 200 thousand riyals but I refused .. The person who wants to buy a daily presence at the restaurant to convince me to sell.

Eight months later, the Afghan man contracted a nerve in the head. Because of the disease, the man was admitted to the hospital, forced to undergo surgery and decided to return to Afghanistan for the operation there or in India.

Tips for successful restaurant project:


  • Be careful to choose a suitable place with in mind that the appropriate location varies with the different products to be offered to customers. 
  • Ensure that the shop is equipped in a manner that complies with the requirements of the municipality or the authority to go in more than one way, such as processing the shop, issuing licenses and providing labor to save time and costs. 
  • Workers must be competent to the degree of quality, and must be careful about the quality and cleanliness of food provided to customers.
