At the beginning of her twenties, Anna Ross graduated from a New Zealand university after completing a fashion design study, and then decided to look for a job in her specialty and was already able to get a job as an assistant designer at a fashion design company in Australia and I thought so She found the job of her dreams, but things did not go well for her. Working pressure and 90 hours of work per week, other than double pay, all caused Anna to make a decision. She said, "I can not hold on to this anymore. So I came to the conclusion that I hate working in the field of ethics J. I was frustrated. "

She said the decision was the same as for someone who spent 60,000 Australian dollars on a university degree in fashion design.

But she was lucky to have a small business that she used to run in her spare time to earn some profits. She also saw it as a job that helped her maintain her creative abilities and clear her mind of job pressures and routine.

She began working in the garment industry while studying in New Zealand. After moving to Australia in 2009, she worked in jewelry design and her products were named "Kester Black".

After realizing some sales that helped her pay rent and bills other than the cost of living, she decided to develop her work and began to produce nail polish under the name "Kester Black" to be presented as gifts with her other products of the same name, The manufacture and production of this nail polish has never been easy. Anna spent a whole year studying complex complexions and adopted a special assistant in the field of nail polish to help her produce nail polish in different colors and specifications.

Focusing on the production of nail polish:

As soon as she finished her job before leaving, she was quick to work on the development of her small business. In 2012 she decided to stop producing jewelry to focus on producing nail polish, becoming her main product after she was a subsidiary producer. It was not only a matter of giving away the jewelry design and focusing on the production and sale of nail polish, but it was something that could be postponed for business reasons. The profits from the sale of nail polish only exceeded three times the previous year.

Five years later, Kester Black products have become one of the most famous beauty products and are sold in many international markets such as the US market and the Japanese and Malaysian markets, which is a major advance for a one-person project supported by only one permanent employee.

Promotion via Social Media:

Anna says her nail polish product is distinguished from other products competing in the market because it is certified as a vegetarian product and is completely free of chemicals that can be found in nails and skin that are easy to find in other products. Anna also indicated that her product was not tested on Animals because it is basically certified as a vegetarian product as we mentioned earlier.

" We have special marketing skills when it comes to relying on social networking sites," says Nick Piz, director of market research firm Mobim Group.

During Bees' talk, he refers to one of the pictures Anna buys on Instagram and says she was smart in presenting her idea and that people are more attracted to the nail polish she produces.

"The passion for media media and the use of the environment that the Internet offers to reach and speak with a larger audience makes you able to shift from a famous brand to a more influential person," Bees said.

Anna acknowledged that the acquisition of her trademark "Kester Black" for fame made the public believe she owned a company with a larger size than the Hajj that she is now.

Anna adds that although she runs a more complex job, her career has become less stressful than in her work as an assistant contributor.

4 days a week:

Melbourne-based Keyster Black opens its doors to work for only four days a week. In business days, Anna sits on her desk every morning to reflect and think about it, sometimes even cutting her time to practice Yoga, this makes them better. Of course, this makes you think Anna's work is comfortable, but on the contrary, her work is risky and competitive. "I love risk," she said. "What I do is put all the strength and energy behind that risk to make it happen."

Fast or Slow Expansion:

Anna has only one permanent employee in her company, while she rents what she needs from photographers, designers and manufacturers through free work platforms and systems, in accordance with the requirements of each project. While Kester Black has achieved successful success both inside and outside of Australia from the sale of nail polish, Anna believes that it has to make a decisive decision on the expansion process. It either slows the pace of expansion or continues as quickly. "Do we have to stick to what we just know, or continue with the expansion process? "It's hard to know what's best for you as a project owner," she adds. "It's something I've been asking about for a year and a half.
